We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team within a fast-paced professional services environment. This is a pivotal support role, ensuring our HR operations are consistent,pliant, and delivered to the highest standards.As a trusted point of contact for HR queries, you will be a custodian of our core HR processes and take ownership of key employee lifecycle activities. You’ll play a vital role in supporting employee relations cases, coordinating payroll inputs, maintaining HR data integrity, and producing insightful reports that help shape strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.
Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and in line with policy and legislation.
Support the coordination and administration of employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, leavers).
Assist with ER case management, including note-taking, scheduling, and documentation.
Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance.
Maintain and audit HR data to ensure accuracy andpliance.
Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support business insights and decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and quality across HR operations.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified (or working towards), or a degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Solid understanding of HR processes and UK employment law
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
Professional and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
