If you hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification and are ready to support children's early development in a meaningful way, this role is perfect for you. Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and early education, supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 0–5. Responsibilities as an EYP: Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers. Observe and track children’s progress, contributing to individual learning plans. Promote children’s independence, confidence, and well-being. Requirements for Early Years Practitioner: A recognised Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (essential). Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for working with young children. Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills. An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years (with no unexplained gaps).
