About the Role
An established and growing water treatment provider is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Water Softener Technician with plumbing experience to join its expanding field team.
You will attend domestic properties, installing, servicing, and repairing water softeners and drinking water systems while delivering a high standard of customer care. Full product training will be provided through a structured induction programme, so prior water treatment experience is advantageous but not essential.
This position would suit a technically minded, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and communicates confidently with customers.
Key Responsibilities

Installation of domestic water softeners and drinking water systems

Servicing and maintenance of existing systems
*
Fault diagnosis and repairs
*
Providing excellent customer service during all site visits
*
Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
*
Ensuring work is completed safely and to required standards
Skills & Experience
*
Minimum 2 years’ domestic plumbing experience
*
Experience with water softeners or drinking water systems (preferred but not essential)
*
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
*
Excellent customer service experience
*
High attention to detail
*
Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to learn
Requirements

Full UK driving licence
