Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
4. Manage and organise team schedules, meetings, and appointments.
5. Prepare and distribute relevant documentation and reports.
6. Handle and direct queries to the appropriate department or individual.
7. Assist in the preparation of presentations and other team materials.
8. Ensure the smooth running of the office by maintaining office supplies and equipment.
9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the team's overall objectives.
10. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Administrator should have:
11. A solid understanding of administrative procedures and systems.
12. Strong organisational and time management skills.
13. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. A proficiency in MS Office applications.
