Responsibilities
* Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun
* Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and objectives, in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’
* Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer‑engaged role face‑to‑face and virtually
* If things don’t go to plan, your colleague network will actively help you investigate and resolve any question or complaint
* Receive support and training on a variety of systems empowering you to adapt your style to confidently answer questions and bring memorable holidays to life for our customers
* Be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and receive guidance from a manager and a dedicated learning coach to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of excellent customer service and a genuine passion to work within tourism
* Dedicated to achieving goals, targets and a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification
* Self‑motivated and willing to act on feedback, remaining positive when faced with challenges
* Willing to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
* Team player who engages and collaborates with customers and colleagues
* Organised individual who takes pride in their work and can communicate effectively
* Grade 9 – 4 GCSE or equivalent in both English and Maths
* Able to work a varied shift pattern each week in line with shop opening and closing times
