3. Support the accounting and finance team with operational processes and administrative tasks.
4. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
5. Manage data entry and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to streamline talent-related processes.
7. Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
8. Handle queries related to financial and operational processes in a timely manner.
9. Support the implementation of new systems and procedures as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
