Hunters' client, an innovative leader in high-quality electronics manufacturing, is seeking a Soldering & Cabling Operative to join their growing team.
This is a hands-on role in a friendly, quality-driven environment—perfect for someone with great attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for precision engineering.
Soldering & Cabling Operative What You'll Do:
Cut, strip, crimp & solder cables to exact specifications
Assemble and test high-spec cable products
Work to tight tolerances with pride and accuracy
Follow instructions, take feedback, and keep improving your skills
Soldering & Cabling Operative What You'll Bring:
Experience in soldering and cable assembly (or similar fine assembly work)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Positive, proactive, and reliable work ethic
Great communication and teamwork skills

Early Friday finish (Mon-Thurs 8-5, Fri 8-1)
