TIG Welder/Fabricator:
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator with strong skills in stainless steel fabrication, precision welding, and mechanical assembly. Skilled in working from engineering drawings, completing high-quality fabrication projects to specification, and meeting production deadlines in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Key Skills
* TIG welding and metal fabrication
* Stainless steel and precision component welding
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Fabrication of chambers, assemblies, and sub-assemblies
* Quality inspection and leak testing
* Use of precision measuring equipment
* Health & safety and 5S compliance
* Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years TIG welding experience
* Experience working to strict quality standards and deadlines
* Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changing production demands
* Knowledge of vacuum systems and fabrication processes advantageous
* Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing qualifications beneficial
* Basic turning/machining knowledge advantageous
