we are looking for skilled CNC Specialists to join our new high-
performing manufacturing team.

What you will be doing ?
· Independent preparation, set-up and operation of large CNC machines
(lathes, deep-hole drilling machines, honing machines, autofrettage
machines, etc.)
· Perform precision internal and external machining operations including deep-hole drilling, boring, internal/external turning, honing and pre-/post-autofrettage finishing to achieve extremely tight dimensional and geometric tolerances.
· Carry out precision boring operations to ensure concentricity, straightness and surface finish requirements are achieved prior to honing operations.
· Conduct honing operations to achieve required internal surface finishes, bore geometry, cylindricity and final dimensional accuracy in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.
· Select, install and qualify appropriate cutting tools, boring bars, honing stones, abrasives and fixtures to ensure optimal machining performance.
· Monitor and control critical machining parameters such as cutting speeds, feeds, coolant application, tool wear and thermal stability to maintain bore integrity and dimensional compliance.
· Interpret bore measurement data (air gauges, internal micrometers, bore gauges, surface finish testers, etc.) and make precise machine offsets and adjustments as required.
· In process measurement checks according to technical specifications and test plans.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
· Proven experience in precision boring and honing processes, ideally
on large-scale or long-length components.
· Strong understanding of bore geometry control including straightness,
roundness, cylindricity and surface finish requirements.
· Experience working with deep-hole drilling and long-bed CNC lathes.
· Ability to perform accurate in-process and final inspection of internal
diameters using precision measuring equipment (bore gauges, air
gauges, internal micrometers, etc.).
· Experience working to extremely tight tolerances in safety-critical or
high-integrity manufacturing environments.
· Ability to read and understand specifications, technical drawings,
work instructions and test procedures.
· Competent in using jigs and fixtures.
· Competent in using a wide range of hand tools and equipment
