This is a key role where you'll take ownership of a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour issues, including complex and high-risk cases. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, enforcement partners, and support services to achieve positive, community-focused outcomes. Prepare legal documentation and represent the organisation in court or tribunal settings. Deliver preventative and early intervention approaches to reduce ASB in communities. Ensure accurate case recording in line with internal policies and legal requirements. What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing ASB cases within housing, local authority, or a similar sector. Solid understanding of ASB legislation (e.g. Housing Act 1996, ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014). Confident using enforcement tools such as injunctions, possession action, and CPNs. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Professional, empathetic, and able to manage sensitive and sometimes challenging situations.
