Your Role: Food & Beverage Supervisor:

Inspire and guide your team to deliver exceptional service with precision and care.
Be a shining example by upholding and protecting our service standards.
Conduct engaging team briefs that inform, energize, and empower the team.
Handle guest feedback professionally, utilizing our structured complaint resolution processes.
Deliver smooth handovers and keep hotel management informed with relevant updates.
Take ownership of opening and closing procedures, ensuring they comply with hotel standards.
Drive motivation on the floor and assist the team in achieving performance and budget goals.
