Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team in providing tyre maintenance services. The role involves working with both hand tools and power tools to service and repair tyres for various vehicles.
Duties:
- Mounting, balancing, and rotating tyres
- Repairing punctures and replacing damaged tyres
- Conducting wheel alignments
- Inspecting and testing tyres for wear and damage
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing tyre-related queries
* Unloading lorries of tyres and then sorting them out by their size
* Loading tyres for wholesale customers on the work van
* Taking pictures and uploading on to eBay
Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools for tyre maintenance tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling tyres and equipment
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Knowledge of power tools for efficient tyre servicing
- Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and resolve tyre issues
