HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our client's family run wine estate producing world-class sparkling wine in their busy tasting restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a good work ethic, high standards and, importantly, a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present dishes within your designated section, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development.
* Take responsibility covering all areas of kitchen operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Ensure compliance within house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance.
* Work efficiently to meet service demands while maintaining attention to detail.
* Prepare food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-paced restaurant.
2. Expertise in culinary techniques and food preparation.
3. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a clear focus.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
6. Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
7. Formal culinary training and certification preferred
