gap technical are proud to be representing this manufacturing business in their search for a Machine / Process Operator to work at their facility based near the Flint area.
Performance Objectives
* Responsible for the operation of multiple production processes.
* Required to carry out in-process quality checks using online data system.
* Make basic machine adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
* Responsible for collecting basic data in order to complete reports for continual improvements.
* Ensure compliance with the Company's GMP Standard and wear the appropriate work wear, including PPE, correctly.
* Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment performance through raising observations and taking corrective action where possible.
Person Specification
* Applicants must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of operational machinery.
* Capable of reading and interpreting written instructions related to both production procedures and health and safety.
* Be able and willing to receive instruction in order to carry out structured tasks relating to machine operation.
* FMCG experience is ideal.
