* Support the annual EMEA People Budget process
* Provide analytical support for compensation reviews and planning with HRBPs

* Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., dashboards, AI applications)
* Contribute to expanding the ZBB People cost model from SG&A into COGS areas (e.g., direct labour, overheads)
Interested in this role? Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Degree educated, preferably in Finance, HR, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical background with advanced Excel skills and a continuous learning mindset.
* Preferred experience with compensation programs, payroll systems, and MBO/bonus/performance frameworks.
* Exposure to dashboard development tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
* Experience or interest in automation and AI is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across matrix structures.
* Resilient, hands-on, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Please apply by submitting your resume/CV.
At Hunter Douglas, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence. We offer a supportive environment for professional growth, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
