What will I be doing?
We’re working to improve the lives of people in Somerset – and you’ll be a key part of that. Your day-to-day work will involve:
* Working with tenants in occupied and un occupied properties.
* Working with the voids team and planner a co-ordinating the daily activity.
* Working with other trade teams delivering joint solutions.
What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be. But it will really help if you have:
* Level 2-3 NVQ or equivalent or City & Guilds Apprenticeship served.
* Critical thinking, problem solving.
* Planning & organising materials.
* Mechanical skills, working with various power tools woodworking machinery.
* Attention to detail, precise working.
