Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop technical skills and knowledge. What We're Looking For A genuine interest in mechanical engineering and hands-on work. Basic understanding of mechanical principles (advantageous but not essential). Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Qualifications & Experience No formal experience required - full training will be provided.
