As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the cleaning operations across nominated sites within your area of responsibility.
You’ll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
The Role
1. Plan, organise and co-ordinate the service activities to meet the planned performance targets of the contract.
2. Have a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to create a vision that inspires.
3. Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them.
4. Generate cleaning schedules for your team.
5. Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
6. Undertake cleaning duties when required to support your team and maintain service standards.
7. Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards.
About You
8. Experience in a similar industry.
9. Previous supervisory experience.
10. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
11. Excellent people management and coaching skills.
12. Clear and confident communication abilities.
13. Attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
14. Helpful, courteous, and professional disposition.
