• £40,000 per Annum
The Job
As the Research & Insights Manager, you will sit within the strategy function, leading insight‑driven thinking across audience research, social listening, and paid and organic digital channels. You’ll work as part of an established insights team, delivering strategic insight for client work, pitches, and large‑scale projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and delivering research and insight projects across audience, social listening, and digital performance
* Managing insight outputs for major client accounts and pitch activity
* Owning social listening initiatives, including a global brand programme
* Analysing paid, organic, and audience data to identify trends and opportunities
* Translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
* Partnering closely with strategy, media, and digital teams
* Providing guidance and direction to junior team members where required
* Tools used include Pulsar (or similar social listening platforms), GWI, TGI, YouGov, and internal research tools.
You
* Proven experience in a research, insights, or strategy role within a digital or media agency
* Strong background in audience research and social listening (core remit)
* Comfortable leading projects end‑to‑end and influencing senior stakeholders
* An all‑round digital thinker rather than a single‑channel specialist
* Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is desirable
