Job type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Eastleigh (Hybrid working – Minimum 3 days in-office) Salary: £50,000 (Depending on Experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Skills, Experience and Requirements: Part-qualified or actively studying toward a recognised finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities; experience with finance systems beneficial Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Curious, motivated, and open to learning and continuous development Previous experience in a finance support, analyst, or business partnering role is desirable What’s on offer?
