We care passionately about our residents, and applicants must want to make a difference daily. Night shifts are available from 8pm-8am, 36-48 hours per week. You will act as a senior during absences and annual leave.

Requirements include a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and, where applicable, a check against the DBS First List.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, undressing, pressure relief, and continence needs, following care plans
* Help with meals and drinks according to nutritional requirements
* Support activities and outings organized by the activity and lifestyle team
* Report on residents' condition and well-being daily, documenting in records
* Maintain a clean and safe environment
* Assist in record-keeping and note-taking during shifts
* Help collect specimens and samples
* Act as chaperone for medical and professional staff visits
* Deliver individual care programs, promoting independence and dignity
* Communicate effectively with residents
* Report complaints promptly
