About the Role
Hydro International is a leading global provider of advanced products, services and expertise to help municipal, industrial and construction customers improve their water management processes. This role focuses on supporting the marketing and business development team.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the development of new product business leads using sources such as ABI, Lead Forensics and tender websites.
* Generate forecasting reports to support the sales team.
* Maintain data in the CRM database.
* Organise CPD/training sessions for designers and specifiers.
* Run Microsoft Teams webinar functions for scheduled webinars.
* Manage stock of literature and promotional gifts.
* Support the Marketing Manager with live events.
* Manage registered users of the Online Tool.
Competence & Qualifications
* Experience in a product and services sales environment.
* Experience with databases and data inputting.
* IT literate, strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Dynamics CRM.
* knowledge of Microsoft Teams webinar function.
* Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills and self‑motivation.
* Teamwork and individual work capability.
* Good time management, planning and deadline management.
* Research skills.
