PPA Cover Teacher – KS1 & KS2

Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a rewarding PPA role within a supportive and nurturing school? Long-Term Teachers are working with a welcoming primary school in central Gloucester who are seeking a confident and enthusiastic teacher to provide PPA cover across KS1 and KS2 on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, work across multiple year groups, and make a real impact within a school that truly values pupil wellbeing and high-quality teaching.
The Role
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2
* Provide consistent PPA cover on a long-term basis
* Adapt lessons to meet varying academic and emotional needs
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
(This role is not suitable for ECTs.)
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS and has experience across KS1 and KS2
* Confident, proactive, and adaptable in different classroom settings
* Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
* Passionate about teaching and supporting all learners
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Patient, compassionate, and inclusive in their approach
