We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance while driving team performance and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

* Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to meet operational targets
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve high performance
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
* Monitor productivity and quality, implementing improvements where necessary
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries

* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
