Full Job Description
A SaaS start-up that sells an AI tool into the recruitment industry is on the hunt for their first Demand Generation & Marketing hire, following an incredible 2024.
Their tool automates all back & mid-office activities, saving firms money and time, and ensuring complete efficiency and accuracy.
The tool works so well that two of their customers have invested in the business! After a rebrand and commercial success, they need their first in-house marketing hire to take over strategy and execution.
The Role
They seek someone aspiring to be a CMO, initially focusing on demand generation and field marketing, with an emphasis on strategy and the broader picture. If you are a marketer with experience in developing high-level strategies and are willing to execute them before your team is built around you, this is a great opportunity.
* Create a data-driven go-to-market demand generation strategy on a global scale (UK/US focus)
* Oversee SEO, content marketing, email, blogs, ABM campaigns, in-person community events, LinkedIn content, and other growth initiatives.
* Manage all processes related to demand generation and field marketing, acting as a connector between external marketing, internal marketing, and sales.
* Work closely with the sales team to maximize impact.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Track results and drive revenue.

* Experienced marketer with a generalized approach
* Ability to develop broader marketing strategies and willingness to execute them
* Data and results-driven
* Experience working in a SaaS environment
* Ideally experience in a start-up with leaner budgets or willingness to work in such an environment
* Able to commute to Chelmsford
