The Role
We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the firm's busy property team. The role will focus on residential conveyancing, working closely with senior solicitors to learn and manage transactions from instruction to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ to build a solid foundation in conveyancing with the backing of an experienced and approachable team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with and managing residential conveyancing transactions
2. Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents under supervision
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
4. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
5. Providing excellent client service and clear communication throughout the process
Requirements
6. Newly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly
7. Strong interest in residential conveyancing and property law
8. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Strong communication and client care skills
10. Eagerness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment
