What You'll Be Doing
1. Leading and supporting a skilled workshop team day-to-day
2. Diagnosing, servicing, & repairing construction plant machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.)
3. Providing mentorship & technical guidance to engineers and apprentices
4. Ensuring workshop efficiency, safety, and top-tier service quality
5. Using the latest diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & hydraulic faults
What You'll Need
1. NVQ Level 3 in Plant, HGV, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering (essential)
2. Strong hands-on experience with construction/heavy plant machinery
3. Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions & electrics
4. A proactive approach to leadership, whether experienced or ready to step up
5. Full UK driving licence & own tools
