Recruitment Consultant - Neutral Vendor/Public Sector
Location: Altrincham Salary: £26,000 (Senior and Non‑Senior roles available)

We are looking for dedicated and driven Recruitment Consultants - both senior and non‑senior levels - to join our growing team.
About the role:
In this role, you will work exclusively on neutral vendor accounts, supporting a range of public sector clients across various disciplines. You'll be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, nurturing relationships with candidates and clients, and ensuring seamless service delivery within the neutral vendor model.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and register candidates for public sector roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Deliver an efficient, compliant, and high‑quality recruitment service.
Maintain accurate candidate and role records on internal databases.
Participate in regular review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
About you:
Experience in recruitment (public sector experience is advantageous but not essential).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
Team player with a collaborative approach.
Self‑motivated, driven, and focused on providing an excellent candidate and client experience.
