Due to continued demand, the team is now looking to hire an Employment Solicitor at 2-6 years PQE level to join its highly regarded Southampton office. You’ll work closely alongside recognised specialists on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising both employers and senior individuals across a varied client base.
The work is diverse, commercially interesting and far from siloed. One day you could be advising on complex workplace disputes or restructures, the next supporting on senior exits, investigations, Tribunal litigation or strategic HR matters. The team has built an excellent reputation for pragmatic advice and longstanding client relationships, resulting in a strong pipeline of repeat and referral work.
