About the Role:
As a Graduate, you will step into the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain engaged and focused. This is a fantastic stepping stone into teaching, giving you real insight into school life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise whole classes across a range of subjects using pre-set lesson plans
2. Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively
4. Support students in completing their work
5. Gain valuable experience working with young people
What We’re Looking For:
6. A degree in any subject
7. An interest in pursuing a career in education or teaching
8. Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
9. A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
10. Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
