Your Role

* Shadow Shifts: A key part of your role will involve supporting new carers during shadow shifts, sharing procedures, best practices, and approaches.
* Client-Focused Support: Help individuals stay independent at home while fostering meaningful community connections.
* Personal Care Assistance: Aid with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication.
* Companionship: Spend time with clients through activities such as meal prep, shopping, or simply sharing a cup of tea and cake.
* Location: We currently provide care across Newton Abbot, Bovey Tracey, Chudleigh, Chudleigh Knighton, Kingsteignton, Kingskerswell, Widdicombe, Ipplepen, and Abbotskerswell and we're now expanding into Ivybridge and surrounding towns, bringing our high-quality care to even more communities.
