SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Supply

Duration: Ongoing full-time supply (with potential to become permanent)
DBS: Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)

NextGen Teachers are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Haywards Heath.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to students' individual needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning strategies
* Help to create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and external professionals
* Support the emotional and social development of students with SEN
Requirements:
* Genuine passion for working with children and supporting additional needs
* Previous experience working with children
* Patience, empathy, and a flexible, proactive attitude
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Two professional references
