– Customer Service Executive
My client works very closely with their customers to help solve their business requirements.
We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and who has a positive attitude, along with great customer service skills.
Duties / responsibilities will include:
1. Act as the customers point of contact, ensuring their requirements are met and orders are dealt with efficiently.
2. Handle incoming orders
3. Liaise with colleagues regarding production and delivery dates – ensuring any changes are communicated to the customer.
4. Deal with new projects and repeat orders for the customer from beginning to end.
5. Support colleagues with their internal admin.
6. Issue stock and order reports to customers.
7. Communications via teams, telephone and email.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
8. Customer focused with a great telephone manner
9. Able to deal with people at all levels both within and outside the business
10. Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising workload and working with changing deadlines.
11. Great computer skills
