* Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys.
\n\t
* Produce clear, defensible reports.
\n\t
* Hybrid: site inspections + home-based reporting.
\n\t
* Full-time workload across London and surrounding areas.
\n
\n\n
\nRequirements
\n\n
\n\t
* AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS.
\n\t
* Strong residential surveying experience.
\n\t
* Excellent report‑writing and communication.
\n\t
* Full UK driving licence + business‑insured vehicle.
\n
\n\n
