As our business grows, we’re looking for a passionate Senior HR Executive to help shape the employee experience, build a strong internal culture, and support the next stage of our journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
* HR Operations & Compliance: Manage and update HR policies, contracts, and documentation in line with employment law and GDPR.
* Oversee annual, sick, family, and other leave processes, ensuring accurate tracking and wellbeing support.
* Maintain our HR systems, ensuring clean, reliable people data for reporting and insights.
Employee Experience & Culture
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting with ER cases, informal conflict resolution, and day-to-day queries.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect our culture and values.
* Run internal engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and recognition schemes.
Performance & Development
* Support performance review cycles and goal-setting across teams.
* Organise internal and external training opportunities and track L&D budgets.
* Help managers facilitate capability conversations and career development plans.
Recruitment & Employer Brand
* Partner with hiring managers on values-led recruitment processes.
* Coordinate job postings, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
* Support initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and hiring pipeline.
Strategic Projects
* Support leadership on workforce planning, succession initiatives, and org design.
* Drive employee engagement surveys and help turn insights into action.
* Champion culture and inclusion as we continue to scale.
What We’re Looking For
* 2-3 years of experience in a People / HR role (e.g. People Advisor, HRBP, People Associate).
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR operations, and best practices.
* Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment is a big plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset—confident, compassionate, and discreet.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with structure, clarity, and a proactive mindset.
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards it) is preferred.
