What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role (2+ years preferred).
* A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high operational standards.
* Proficient in managing reservations, floor plans, and service flow during busy shifts.
* Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues with ease.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
* Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, from guest seating to service flow.
* Take ownership of staff training, scheduling, and development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
* Monitor and manage guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with the management team to ensure consistency in quality and service standards.
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies.
