Overview
We're looking for talented and enthusiastic Chefs of all levels to join our dedicated catering team. Working on a casual basis across a variety of shifts (between 07:00-21:30), you\'ll play a key role in delivering outstanding food that matches the scale and prestige of our events. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you\'ll use the freshest, finest ingredients to produce innovative dishes in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
* Preparing, cooking and presenting delicious, high-quality food to menu specifications, on a day-to-day basis as well as for special events
* Taking pride in your work and sharing agreed standards with your team
* Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
* Ensure compliance with Compass standards and procedures
* Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times
Qualifications and Skills
* Enthusiastic and creative, with a drive for excellence
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
* Flexible approach with a "can do" attitude
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality food
* A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
* Experienced in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
