OVERVIEW:
- Lead and develop the firm's family law department.
- Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including: Divorce, financial remedy work, private children matters, cohabitation disputes and pre: and post:nuptial agreements.
- Work independently while delivering clear, commercially sound advice.
- Maintain the highest standards of client care.
- Contribute to business development and build strong local relationships.
- Generate new instructions for the growing practice.
- Mentor and support an enthusiastic NQ, ensuring consistent quality and development.
- Minimum of 5 years' PQE in family law.
- Proven experience handling a broad range of privately funded family matters.
- Confident managing a full caseload independently.
- Commercially aware with excellent client care skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship:building abilities.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to take ownership of a growing department.
