As our Customer Liaison Officer you will be working within the Property Investment Team, acting as the key point of contact between our customers and the stock condition team.
You will play an essential role in ensuring our customers are informed, engaged and supported throughout all the survey and assessment activities we complete. By providing a positive customer experience, you will help us to gather accurate stock condition data on our properties.
This is an interesting role and day to day you will be –
* Playing a vital role in improving access to our customer’s homes, with particular attention to our vulnerable and hard to access customer base. Emphasising the importance of Aster being able to gather data on their home and the benefits this also has to the customer i.e. identifying investment need in their home.
* Planning, coordinating, and distributing customer communications for all surveys and data collection exercises
* Arranging appointments for internal and external surveys, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
* Coordinating surveyor access, taking into account customer needs and preferences.
* Ensuring systems such as PIMSS and ROCC are kept up to date with accurate information, and ensuring all activities support compliance with Decent Homes standards and other social housing regulation.
About you
You will bring to the role your experience in a customer facing/customer service role, ideally within social housing, asset management or property services.
You are likely to have previously involvement in data collection, property surveys or compliance initiatives.
You will have strong IT skills and will be confident using all Microsoft Office products. You will have experience using databases.
You’ll have strong administrative skills, will naturally be very organised and have great attention to detail.
You will hold really strong written and verbal communication skills and will be naturally solution focussed.
This is a hybrid role enabling you to base yourself from home. Travel will be required within our operating region from time to time to allow for job shadowing during your induction period and for team meetings and working together days.
