We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant with passion, drive, and creativity to help bring our campaigns to life. What you’ll be doing As a key part of our Marketing team, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement. Day to day, you’ll: Plan, create, and monitor digital campaigns across email, social, and paid media. Create and maintain website and blog content in line with campaign activity. Schedule and publish content across digital channels. Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics & in-house reporting suites. Conduct competitor research and spot emerging trends. Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver impactful campaigns and assets. What we’re looking for We’d love to hear from you if you bring: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Emarsys, Bloomreach). A good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X). Knowledge of SEO and PPC principles. A genuine passion for marketing and a creative flair. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Strong teamwork skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally. Problem-solving ability and resilience to think creatively under pressure. Bonus points for experience with CMS platforms, basic design/video editing, HTML/CSS, or marketing automation tools. Location: Office-based in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent (with hybrid flexibility). Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (including bank holidays on a rotational basis). 30 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays - entitlement will increase with length of service.
