Role: Project Administrator
Location: Chesterton, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 6BN
Remuneration: Dependant on experience and skill set with excellent earning potential.
Working hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with one 30 min break. 40hrs a week.

Thorp Precast are a forward-thinking construction business with a passion for quality and innovation. We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke architectural panels and structures.
Due to continued growth and investment, we are currently looking for a new addition to our Project Administration team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their existing administration expertise and learn new skills along the way by being involved in various exciting projects. The role is challenging and varied on a daily basis and there will be opportunities to experience different parts of the business throughout the development of the individual.
The job purpose is to;
· Transfer drawing data into in-house ERP site to prepare for manufacturing.
· Updating Mark Ups with installed panels.
· Liaise with external Document Controllers to assist with flow of information.
· Liaise with internal Design Team for drawing information / queries.
· Project Administration - Using automated reports to produce visual project progress.
· Assist in the scheduling of Projects and monitoring schedules on a daily/weekly basis.
· Use JET reports design wizard to produce reports based on database information.
· Print and issue documentation to production as required.
· Assist in the management of the facing materials stock takes.
· Use 3D software packages to assist with project management.
· Document Control to internal project SharePoint Sites.
· Document Control to external document control sites (Various sites dependent on Project).

All tasks are carried out with our integrated CRM & DMS IT systems and computer literacy is a must if you are to succeed in this role.
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous but not essential; Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central.
