We are currently recruiting for an experienced Territory Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of neurovascular intervention products across the Northern region with Accounts covering Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool Middlesbrough, Hull, Leeds and Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven medical device sales professional to work in a clinically advanced, fast-growing therapy area supporting NHS customers.
The Role
As the primary sales contact, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, executing strategic territory plans, and driving market share growth and revenue. You will work closely with clinical teams to communicate the value and clinical rationale of neurovascular solutions, while collaborating internally with sales, marketing, and education teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a defined territory within neurovascular / interventional neuroscience
* Build deep product knowledge across medical devices, therapies, and education solutions
* Develop and execute territory sales plans and account plans
* Maintain a strong face-to-face presence with NHS customers
* Identify growth opportunities within hospitals, trusts, and key accounts
* Use CRM and analytical tools to track performance, forecasting, and reporting
* Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and healthcare economics
* Support peer collaboration, coaching, and joint customer visits
* Work cross-functionally with marketing and clinical education teams
* Operate ethically, professionally, and as a trusted partner to customers
About You
* Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within neurovascular, neurology, or interventional therapies
* Strong commercial acumen with an analytical, organised approach to territory management
* Excellent communication and persuasive interpersonal skills
* Confident engaging with clinicians, procurement, and senior NHS stakeholders
* Comfortable working autonomously while contributing as a team player
* IT-literate with experience using CRM systems
