What You'll Be Doing
* Leading our pre-school room with warmth, vision, and creativity
* Planning and delivering exciting, child-centred learning experiences
* Being a role model for excellent practice in early education and care
* Mentoring and motivating your team to create a consistent, joyful environment
* Building trusting relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Keeping everything safe, inclusive, and beautifully organised
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – desired but not essential
* Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
* Experience leading a nursery pre-school room or similar early years setting
* Confident knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and early learning goals
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others
* A genuine love of children, curiosity, and outdoor play
* Someone who leads with positivity, patience, and presence
