Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic dietitian for a rotational Band post within our friendly team, delivering services across acute, primary care, and public health settings. This role offers the opportunity to develop knowledge across various specialisms, including renal, paediatrics, public health, diabetes, gastroenterology, and oncology, supported by a team of experienced Dietitians and Specialist Dietitians.
The position involves providing dietetic services to wards and outpatient clinics, including oral and artificial nutrition support and gastrointestinal disorder management. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.
Main Duties
* Manage a caseload and provide dietetic services to adults with diverse conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advise other agencies regarding patient needs and service delivery.
* Participate in clinical responsibilities within specific specialties, aiming to enhance dietetic skills and clinical practice.
* Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement, service evaluation, and multidisciplinary activities to support service modernization.
