Cell Co-Ordinator Jobs in Andover at Stannah Join Our Team!
Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Cell Co-Ordinator to join the Order Fulfilment Department, based at our Andover site.
This job will involve taking responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of a fulfilment cell, ensuring health & safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets are met. The successful candidate will also support the Shift Leader and manage departmental activities in their absence.
As the Cell Co-Ordinator, you will work Monday to Thursday 11:15 to 19:30, and Friday08:30 to 15:00. This is a permanent position.

To be successful as the Cell Co-Ordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in coordinating a team within a fast-paced environment.
Cell Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support the daily operations to Warehouse and Pick and Pack functions, ensuring output meets targets
* Coordinate staffing, holiday approvals, and shift coverage in support of the Shift Leader
* Promote and maintain high standards in health & safety, quality, and housekeeping
* Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support process development
* Ensure accurate data management and effective communication with supporting departments
Cell Coordinator Key Requirements:
* Aisle Master and Counterbalance Forklift license's (preferred)
* Experience leading or coordinating a team in a manufacturing or logistics environment
* Strong awareness of health & safety and continuous improvement practices
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
