The Role
As an employee engagement specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding the company’s culture across the Europe region. You’ll lead and support high-impact initiatives designed to enhance employee experience, recognition, and engagement.
Working within a small, dynamic team, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, culture, and delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver initiatives to drive culture and engagement, including onboarding, immersion events, and recognition programmes
* Manage multiple projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines, budgets, processes, and quality standards
* Track and report on initiative impact using a data-driven approach
* Develop engaging communications and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and consistency
* Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement, design and deliver strategies, and gather feedback to improve initiatives
* Champion company culture and values in daily operations
* Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or culture-focused project management
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, comfortable with digital tools
* Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required
