Salary - £37,600 - £41,800 per annum

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Full Time

About the role

We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Policy Manager who will be responsible for ensuring our central policy framework is effective and adhered to.

You will work with colleagues across the business providing support and guidance to ensure that our policies and procedures are current and meet our legal, regulatory and statutory obligations.

You will be required to work pro-actively to ensure that GSA has an appropriate suite of policies and procedures that are kept up-to-date and easily accessible to the organisation.

You will support policy owners and subject matter experts in their review of policies and procedures, ensure key milestones are achieved in the review and approval process and track implantation plans to ensure they are effective and adhered to.

About you

Excellent communication skills are essential in this role, to develop and maintain productive working relationships. You must be familiar with the social housing sector and have experience in using a range of research methods to support the research and drafting of policies and procedures.

You must have the ability to organise yourself, prioritise your workload and manage your job role to meet personal objectives, targets and deadlines. You must able to work under pressure and as part of a team, comfortable with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
