We are expanding our production team and are looking for experienced Flexographic, Lithographic, and Digital Print Machine Operators who take pride in quality, efficiency, and technical excellence.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining high-performance print machinery, ensuring every job meets exact client specifications, colour standards, and production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Flexo, Litho, or Digital presses
*
Calibrate colour, registration, and alignment to exact standards
*
Interpret job sheets and production specs accurately
*
Monitor print quality throughout runs
*
Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues efficiently
*
Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness checks
*
Work collaboratively with pre-press, finishing, and production teams
*
Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience operating Flexo, Litho, or Digital printing presses
*
Strong understanding of colour management and print quality control
*
Mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*
High attention to detail
*
Flexible approach to shifts (where applicable)
Experience with large format, packaging print, labels, or commercial print environments is highly desirable.
