Our client, a leading AI and business solutions technology consultancy, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major public sector transformation programme. The consultancy is recognised for delivering large-scale business change and technology modernisation initiatives, helping organisations adopt innovative digital solutions while ensuring successful organisational adoption and measurable business outcomes.
This role will focus on the delivery of a significant Microsoft 365 and endpoint transformation programme, requiring a Project Manager who can effectively bridge the gap between technology delivery and business change. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, managing complex dependencies, and ensuring that technology implementations are aligned with user adoption, operational readiness, and wider transformation objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the planning and delivery of technology transformation and business change workstreams
* Act as the primary point of contact throughout project engagements for internal teams and client stakeholders
* Develop and maintain project plans, defining scope, objectives, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved
* Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and driving mitigation actions
* Manage project governance activities, including change control, steering committees, and programme forums.
* Produce high-quality executive reporting and programme status updates
* Support commercial governance activities, including Statement of Work (SOW) management and delivery tracking
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
* Ensure business readiness, adoption, and change management considerations are embedded throughout the project lifecycle
* Translate technical delivery activities into clear business outcomes for senior leadership audiences
You must also have:
* Proven experience delivering business change and technology transformation programmes within complex enterprise or public sector environments
* Strong background managing Microsoft 365 transformation projects, including user adoption, migration, and workplace modernisation initiatives
* Experience delivering endpoint management and device transformation programmes, including technologies such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD)
* Demonstrable experience managing organisational change alongside technology deployment
* Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and programme controls
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive-level audiences
