An established and growing organisation based in Woodbridge is looking to appoint a Product & Data Manager to play a key role at the heart of their commercial operations. As Product & Data Manager, you’ll work closely with the leadership, finance, and IT teams to help the company understand the performance behind its products — from production costs to sales impact and profitability. You’ll be analysing data, forecasting performance, and ensuring product information is accurate and up to date across multiple retail channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the numbers, working across departments, and turning data into meaningful insights. You’ll play a key role in supporting decision-making and driving operational efficiency across the group. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and report on product performance and profitability across multiple brands. Maintain and enhance data accuracy across internal systems and retail channels. Support forecasting, re-stocking, and pricing decisions. Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to link product data with financial outcomes. Contribute to the development of internal reporting tools and data dashboards. Deliver clear, actionable insight to support decision-making. About You: Naturally analytical and confident working with numbers. Strong Excel skills and experience handling large data sets. Detail-focused with excellent accuracy and organisational skills. Able to communicate insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with product data, reporting, or retail analytics would be advantageous. Location: Woodbridge, Suffolk (office-based 4–5 days per week, with flexibility) Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
